Do you hold cake tasting?

Due to the pandemic, we have put our face-to-face session to a halt for everyone’s safety. Cake tasting boxes will be up for sale once every 3 - 4 months or so throughout the year. Do keep a lookout on our Instagram for updates on the next one!

What’s your recommended flavor?

Roasted Maple Berry for sure! Imagine McD’s McGriddles but cake version, and instead of the sausage patty, we have Valrhona chocolate liquid cheese filling.

How soon do I need to book?

As soon as possible, especially during the peak wedding seasons (Oct – Jan, March – April). We are limited by manpower and space, and we take on a maximum of 6 orders a week. Do check in with us on our availability!

How’s the payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to secure a slot on your wedding date. The balance will be made 7 days before the wedding. All changes should be finalized one month before event date.

What should I prepare before enquiring?

1) A mood board of your theme and color palette will help us a lot in visualizing your idea. 

2) You may share some cake design references, be it from Pinterest or from our IG page. Do tell us what you do like exactly about each design that you sent.

We will then discuss via email. Once your order is confirmed after payment, we will do up a cake design sketch. This allows us to translate the descriptive words into drawings so we are on the same page.

Do you work with fondant?

We have a No-Fondant policy for all our creations. All cakes are frosted in swiss meringue buttercream / ganache and we decorate our cakes with fresh flowers/wafer paper.

Can I just get cake and delivery instead of the full package?

Of course you can! We will consider this as an ala-carte order. Do take note that we will NOT be placing the cake on the assigned table, so you do have to get someone to help you with that. We will not be liable for anything that happens to the cake during this process.

What if my event is postponed?

Your deposit will be brought forward to your new date. No charges apply for postponement of date. However, we are unable to provide a refund should you decide to cancel. We can place your deposit under credit terms, and you may use it within a year from your original event date to purchase other bakes from us. 

Should we be booked out on your new date, a full refund will be given.

I'm clueless to what I want but I want to book a slot. Is it possible?

The confirmed details we need to book your slot are your event date, venue, and the package type you’re leaning towards. We can further discuss and finalize the design once you are ready. It will help you and us when you have your dias/event space décor design ready. We can then refer to that as a color palette reference and theme.
